Living with cystic fibrosis is a unique organism in the world. Indeed, we are the only organization to be formed and administered mainly by people living with cystic fibrosis, relatives and community workers. For more than 32 years, this specificity has allowed us not only to develop our expertise, but also to set up services well adapted to people living with CF, everywhere in Quebec.
Note that, to benefit, some require the submission of forms. If this is your first request for service, we may also ask you for a certificate of cystic fibrosis, which must be completed by a member of your clinic.
All of these services would not be possible without the support of our generous donors and fundraisers. We are therefore counting on all of you to allow us to continue to help you at all stages of your life!
They are available for a limited time, that is, until the amounts allocated to them are exhausted. Due to the high costs that requests can represent, we are not always able to fully cover or accept them.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need help filling out the paperwork.
If you do not have access to a printer, you can contact us.

⇒ Aid fund – Accommodation and travel
Travel and accommodation costs associated with medical appointments can sometimes hurt the wallet. This is why we present to you one of the assistance funds that we have set up to help people living with cystic fibrosis in Quebec. We also reimburse accommodation costs for people who have to travel long distances to get to their medical appointment or when a loved one accompanies a newly transplanted CF. You can also get reimbursed for, among other things, your parking or bus costs to get to the hospital.

Several people are calling us for financial assistance. When this type of help exists elsewhere, we are happy to refer you to it and act as an intermediary, if necessary. However, sometimes this is an urgent and ad hoc need. So, for example, we can offer quick food assistance within hours.
This fund also allows you to support you in the purchase of medical equipment that is not covered by the RAMQ or by your private insurance. A letter or prescription from your doctor may be requested.
