Because we are aware that this special holiday season hospitalization can be a difficult time, Living with Cystic Fibrosis has unlocked an exceptional fund of assistance to allow anyone living with CF to find entertainment, comfort and a way to stay connected with loved ones.
This operation takes place from December 14, 2020 to January 10, 2021. The maximum amount allocated per person will be $ 100, for a maximum total period of 2 weeks of services, and will be in the form of reimbursement.
To benefit from this help, all you need to do is complete our online or PDF form, then attach proof of hospitalization and an invoice for the purchase of the service (internet or television).
The program is in effect while funds are exhausted and it is at the discretion of the organization whether or not to accept applications.
Due to the many requests, the refund processing may vary.
