Competition for future champions of Radio-Canada
Competition for future champions of Radio-Canada
January 23 2018
Radio-Canada is currently organizing a competition on its website, in order to encourage young athletes who stand out for their perseverance, team spirit and dedication. There will be one winner in each of the regions of Quebec, who will receive a $500 scholarship. Two young people living with cystic fibrosis are registered for the competition: encourage them by voting for them! The competition will end on February 4, 2018. You can vote once per day.
Good luck to our two champions!
Bastien Bouillon: Eastern Quebec

Bastien suffers from cystic fibrosis, a degenerative and fatal disease that mainly attacks the lungs, but that doesn't stop him from biting in life! He loves sports, everyone combined! He always gives his 100% even if he is far from being the best! On his basketball team, he won the title of player with the best sportsmanship two years in a row. He is always happy to participate even if it is not easy every day. Bastien is really a champion!

Jérémi Martin: Mauricie-Center of Quebec

Despite the disease and a broken foot 2 months before the Pierre Lavoie Challenge in 2017 (270km), he persevered and succeeded in this feat. In addition, he participated in Defibrosis, an experience he intends to do again this year!
