Emergency Relief Fund: Covid-19

In order to provide support to adults living with cystic fibrosis and parents of children living with cystic fibrosis who are experiencing financial difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are offering one-time assistance in the form of a $50 Métro or Super C grocery card. In order to help as many as possible, we will only accept one request per household. The program is in effect until funds are exhausted and it remains at the discretion of the organization whether or not to accept applications. We prioritize people with no income and who are not on CERB or employment insurance.
