Testimonial: Last words of a happy CF mom

I believe that this will be the last text I will write.

My boys are now 9 months old.

I would say that I have the daily life of a typical CF mom! I spend my days taking care of my guys and my health. I don't go out much anymore, I don't see my friends often enough for my taste, I go to bed at 20:00 in the evening, and despite everything, I still feel tired. But I am very happy.

This will be my last text, because I think I shared with you what I wanted to share with you what I wanted to share with you with my experience: life is sometimes arduous, and the path to reach our goals and dreams is sometimes full of trials and pitfalls, but when you believe in it, it is possible to reach them.

However, I would add that despite all the energy we put in, we will not always reach our goal. Sometimes illness or some other challenge will get the better of you. But ultimately, we must try to learn from our experiences. Sometimes you have to grieve. Know that I am aware of how lucky I am.

I am sometimes asked if I have finished my family since I now have 2 children, and others say it without even asking me the question!

We haven't closed the door yet...

One thing is certain, if we have another child, it will not be thanks to IVF; it is out of the question that I will go through these tough procedures again. My mental health would be put to the test too much.

But as I already told you about it, there is still the possibility of adopting in Quebec...

And our name is still on a waiting list for Thailand...

And sometimes nature can surprise us...

One thing is certain, working as a mom is the only job I want to have for the next few years!
