Moving: the Quebec address change service

The Service Québecois de Changement d'Adresse (SQCA) makes it possible to simultaneously inform several government departments and agencies of a change of address, in a single simple and quick process.

The Service Québecois de Changement d'Adresse (SQCA) makes it possible to report, in a few minutes and in a single process, a change of address to six government departments and agencies: the Ministry of Employment and Social Solidarity, the Régie des rentes du Québec, the Régie des rentes du Québec, the Régie des rentes du Québec, the Régie des rentes du Québec, the Société de l'assurance automobile du Québec, the Société de l'assurance automobile du Québec, the Société de l'assurance automobile du Québec, Revenu Québec, the Directeur Générale des Élections du Québec and the Régie de l'assurance Maladie du Québec. There are three ways to notify the SQCA of your change of address:

Through the Internet
Go to the website https://www.adresse.gouv.qc.ca/inscrire/FormulaireChangementAdresse.aspx?Etape=0. If you do not have access to the Internet, you can change your address in all public places offering an Internet access point: library, postal counter, educational institution, cybercafé, Services Québec access points.

By phone
You can notify Services Québec of your change of address at 1 877 644-4545.

In person, at the counter
You can notify the Services Québec offices of your change of address.

To use the service, you will need to provide information such as your birth date, social insurance number, mother's name, and month of birth. In order to allow departments and agencies to authenticate your request, other information may also be requested, depending on your situation.
