The Living with Cystic Fibrosis team has launched a survey to analyze the needs of the CF community. The aim is to get to know our members, partners and everyone we reach better. In addition, by completing this short survey, you will help us adapt our community practices and strategic directions in order to be in line with the realities you experience on a daily basis.
It is essential for us to focus our choices and strategies on our CF community. That's why we decided to launch this survey and add a BONUS. By registering your answer, you will have the chance to win a $50 gift certificate at St-Hubert restaurants. Who's lucky!
