It is with great sadness that the board of directors of Living with Cystic Fibrosis learned today that our CEO, Tomy-Richard LeBoeuf-McGregor, will not wake up from his coma.

For nearly 5 years, Tomy-Richard has taken the reins of our organization and has successfully succeeded in the difficult task of taking over from Laval de Launière and his successors at the management of Living with Cystic Fibrosis. Since that day, he has devoted himself body and soul to the well-being of all people affected by cystic fibrosis and has greatly contributed to the influence of our body. Her unparalleled motivation and commitment made it possible for our organization to grow on the Internet and to set up several programs such as Christmas stockings for hospitalized children and aid funds that, even today, allow many people to improve their daily lives and meet basic needs. Extremely involved, he has always carried out the mission of our organization loud and clear and has always been there to support its members, in particular by making numerous visits to those who are hospitalized.

Our organization would not be what it is today without him, and we promise to hold the torch high in order to continue the mission that Tomy wanted so much!

He is currently in palliative care where he will be embarking on his final journey. He will leave a huge void in our community, and on behalf of all of us, we can say to him: Thanks for everything Tomy-Richard!
